Film dokumentar kushtuar projektit “Qyteti i qytetarëve, buxheti i qytetarëve”
Film dokumentar i financuar nga “British Council” dhe Banka Botërore: Në Durrës u shfaq filmi dokumentar “Qyteti i qytetarëve, buxheti i qytetarëve”, realizim i shoqatës “Art-link”, një projekt i fituar me konkurrencë, në kuadër të "Panairit të ideve krijuese", shpallur para disa muajsh nga “British Council” dhe mbështetur nga Banka Botërore. Dokumentari, duke përdorur si sfond traditën e hershme mijëravjeccare të menaxhimit dhe të krijimit të vlerave historike, në thelb përcolli mesazhe që lidhen me problematikën aktuale të ushtrimit të demokracisë dhe të pushtetit në raport me interesat e qytetarëve.
1. The organization mission: Sponsorisation of the citizen value in local and central level, taking art in the function of the human values, coexistence and non percale culture. “Art-link” exists in Durres like a non government organisation with its initiatives for citizen waking. Durres , in general, is characterized from indifference. “Art-link” aim is to stimulate the citizens to be political being not just in the polling day, but durin the investiturs, too and their ”indifernce” not to be takin as a weakness or areason for nonvaluation of the community necessities. “Art-link” attends carefully how a promise is made, how this promis is verified in a consultation with the citizens, how it is turned in a project, how it is insert in the calendar and it wins the budget, contesting for priority. Who decides for the priority and how the citizens will is expressed in them - this is the “Art-link” obligation that will come true in the project we are proposing.
